A referral from your family physician or another physician is not required for a cosmetic consultation.
For residents of Canada, there is no consultation fee for reconstructive procedures. However, a referral from your primary care physician is required.

Danielle Doll,

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Danielle Doll, MBA CMC is our Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic, including management of human resources, finances and related resources. Danielle is responsible for integrating the strategic plan of Radiance Plastic Surgery within the operations and provides management oversight for the development of high-quality, cost-effective, and integrated clinical and patient services. She holds a Masters of Business Administration in Executive Management from Royal Roads University and is a Chartered Management Consultant (CMC).
Julie Egan
MANAGER, CLINICAL SERVICES
With over 17 years in executive leadership roles in the spa and aesthetic industry, Julie brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Manager of Clinical Services at Radiance Plastic Surgery. She leads a dedicated team of professionals, ensuring seamless operations at every level. Her commitment to excellence in patient care is evident as she addresses logistical concerns and provides guidance throughout their transformative journeys. Annalisa Laliberte,

MANAGER, AESTHETIC SERVICES + NURSE INJECTOR
Annalisa is our Manager, Aesthetic Services and Certified Nurse Injector. Annalisa grew up outside of Saskatoon, SK in a rural community and went on to study and obtain her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Saskatchewan in 2008. She started her nursing career in community home care nursing for several years before transitioning to acute care, working alongside a wound resource team. In 2014, Annalisa completed her nursing specialty in wound, ostomy and continence care (NSWOC). She continued to work in the acute care setting in a clinical and consultative role for patients with wound and ostomy related challenges. Annalisa strives for excellence in all that she does and aims to help each patient achieve their desired outcome and best possible results.

As a highly experienced Registered Nurse with 16 years of expertise in the operating room, Trista brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to the dynamic field of plastic surgery. Upon obtaining a degree in Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Alberta, she completed specialized training as a surgical first assistant. Trista is well-equipped to support Dr. Laliberte in providing top-notch care to our patients at Radiance Plastic Surgery. She excels at preparing patients for their surgical journeys, ensuring their comfort, safety, and peace of mind. Trista contributes to the clinic’s commitment to delivering outstanding aesthetic outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Gaye is a seasoned healthcare professional with 20 years of combined experience in clinical and hospital settings, making her a valued Senior Medical Office Assistant at our Bow Valley facility. Specializing in surgical coordination, Gaye has become a familiar face in the community, having worked in surgical orthopedics and at the Banff Mineral Springs Hospital. She’s committed to ongoing professional development and has completed numerous Alberta Health Services courses. With certifications in BLS, CPR/AED Level HCP, and College of Physicians & Surgeons OHS Best Practices in Physician Offices Reprocessing Medical Devices, Gaye ensures the highest standards of patient care and safety. Her dedication and expertise make her an essential part of our team.

Meet Jerri, an experienced and dedicated Medical Office Assistant. Originally from the gentle shores of Prince Edward Island, now making a difference in Alberta’s healthcare landscape. With a diverse background in veterinary care and ophthalmology this unique blend of skills allows her to navigate her role seamlessly, bringing an empathetic approach. She contributes her diverse background and skills to Radiance Plastic Surgery. As a first point of contact, she supports our patients in planning their consultations and non-surgical treatments.
