A referral from your family physician or another physician is not required for a cosmetic consultation.
For residents of Canada, there is no consultation fee for reconstructive procedures. However, a referral from your primary care physician is required.

Dr. Laliberte and his staff welcome patients at our new clinic! There is ample surface parking available in the Canmore Crossing Complex (across from Canadian Tire). Our entrance is on the East side of Building C closest to Railway Avenue (a left turn under the breezeway from the inner courtyard parking lot).
